I believe Health Centers are important to a Community. Your major hospitals tend to be located in or close to major cities. So on and so forth. However not everyone can be treated in a cookie cut fashion way. And many walk in expecting their needs to be "instantaneously" met. But if we step back and realize a #chc is what it is. A healthcare facility that will address and fix your concerns/needs. I say all that jargon to say, what's most impressive about a once very old historic building. Has now had its grounds restored, and facility looking better than ever. And that's just the outside. Step inside and you're greeted with amazing artwork displayed all over. I could go on but I won't. I will say this Health Care Center has gone out of their way to make it a more relaxed open yet confidential environment to be seen in.

I’m very grateful for the attention and care this clinic provides. They’re very efficient and quick to process every appointment, my primary care doctor is very attentive and caring and she’s like that with everybody, I imagine. I say this because sometimes I have to wait longer in the room, I bet she’s being attentive to the patient before me so, it’s only normal this happens. I understand. I don’t know how we would take care of our health needs weren’t by LCHC. Thank you.

Long wait times. Staff are pleasant except for the ones in the lab so catty and ignorant especially that one Asian girl there that works at the desk 😒 Loud and rude, hope they replace her!!

hello,i just wanted to add a comment here because im reading all these reviews and its pretty sad,ive been coming here for about 5 years,i was very sick, something with my liver,i was a lil worried because i spoke to a person before i went here, and she said that i shouldnt go here, especially if my problem was life threatening, and it was,so i decided to give them a try, since i have no car,its close to home,so all i really want to say is,they saved my life, this place has everything in it,i get blood drawn here,i see a liver doctor here,i see almost every doctor i need, unless i need an ultra sound or xrays of that nature,my opinion, they are awsome, thank you guys for being there when i needed it most,im still going here, ive never waited more then 30 minutes

I noticed all the bad reviews and I had to say my experience since I have been coming here has been really positive! I have never waited long. Haven't had much trouble getting through to people or getting appointments and the staff are always professional and kind. I love my Doctor, Dr Farraher. He is very caring about making sure he listens to my needs. Nobody is perfect. These guys obviously work very hard to keep up with high demand but I am sure it is a demanding job in this city and they all have my respect!

The worse part is trying to get in touch with a live person, so the operators are not doing their job or there's not enough of them.. Other than that the doctors and nurses are GREAT 👍👩‍⚕️👨🏻‍💼😀I have been a patient for 20+ years and can honestly say I've called over 50x and maybe got through 3x and that's being generous!!!!
